PEOPLE ADMINISTRATOR
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Boschendal Farm. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HR admin, Time & Attendance coordination and roster checking, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws in South Africa. The role will involve handling day-to-day HR operations at the farm in Stellenbosch.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Drafting & posting adverts
- Shortlist candidates for interviews
- Setting up internal & external interviews
- Drafting and sending offer letters
- Assist with staff queries
- Checking if rosters and clocking on T&A system align.
- Coordinate monthly hours and confirming exception hours with managers
- Capturing and filing corrective action documents on system for reporting
- Coordinate with new onboards for criminal checks
- Assist with leave queries
- Compiling and saving training registers.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Human Resources qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of ERS & Payspace systems advantages.
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excell & PowerPoint
