Gather the women in your life that you cherish the most and join us for a relaxed Sunday brunch at Retreat Restaurant with a special twist for Women's Day. Think fresh farm flowers for the table, a welcome mimosa made with Boschendal Tango mandarins, and a generous spread to linger over, right through to dessert.

The journey concludes beneath the Old Oak Tree with refreshments and a small gift from the land.

From Fire to Art: A Hands-On Bronze Casting Workshop
Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 August (Two-Day Workshop)

Imagine carving your own design, pouring molten bronze into a natural mould, and leaving with a unique sculpture you created entirely by yourself.
Join artist Benjamin Goodwin for a rare two-day workshop exploring an ancient bronze casting technique dating back more than 1,600 years. Using natural cuttlefish bone moulds, you'll design, cast, shape, polish, and patinate your own bronze pendant, sculpture, or decorative object.
Working with fire, metal, and traditional hand tools, you'll experience the magic of transforming raw materials into something beautiful and lasting.
No prior experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to get creative.

Natural Dyeing Workshop: Winter Wool Edition

Join multi-disciplinary artist Nastasha Sale at Be Hive, Boschendal, for a cosy winter workshop exploring the art of natural dyeing. Learn how plants, flowers, and organic plant waste can be transformed into beautiful, colourfast dyes for fabric and paper.
Gather around the fire with tea, a warm lunch, and simmering dye pots as you experiment with botanical colours, mineral modifiers, and natural inks. Each participant will dye their own 100g Merino wool skein and receive a take-home workbook to continue their natural dye journey.
No experience is required - just curiosity, creativity, and a love of nature.
