Champagne Farmhouse
This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom farmhouse weaves together stories of past and present through charming antiques and comfortable mid-century furnishings. Like stepping into a well-travelled great aunt’s home, its décor hints at the layered history of the Cape and treasures carried by trade winds. The Cape Dutch character is unmistakable, with a prominent gabled façade, large sash windows, and an h-shaped layout, featuring bedroom wings flanking central, family-focused living spaces. Frameless glass doors off the fireside dining area open to an indigenous garden, ideal for an early espresso or a relaxed braai (BBQ) at dusk.

Baker Farmhouse
Situated opposite the former residence of Cecil John Rhodes designed by architect Sir Herbert Baker, Baker Cottage is a globe-trotter’s roost decorated with unique finds that hold stories to feed the imagination. Baker promotes the gathering of family and friends, and lively storytelling, from the welcoming fireside veranda lounge with its garden and mountain views, to the spacious living room and family-sized kitchen generous feast-making. The main house has three elegantly appointed bedrooms – one is en suite, the other two share a bathroom – and a delightful glass-fronted study should you require some peace and quiet. Out of sight but not out of mind, an extra cottage with en suite bathroom is situated separate from the main house, providing the perfect accommodation for an independent teenager, granny or au pair.

Vineyard Farmhouse
Nestled at the foot of Simonsberg, Mountain Vineyard offers seclusion and breathtaking views over the Dwars River Valley. Located 4.5 km from the main Werf area, this expansive property requires a high-clearance vehicle and provides ample space for large groups.
